PISCO SOUR

PISCO SOUR

Ingredients:

• ⅓ Part Egg White
• 1 Part Lemon Juice
• 1 ½ Parts Pisco
• ⅔ Part Simple Syrup
• 1 Dash Bitters

Process:

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with bitters.
